Initial Consultation Deposit & Payable (Office)

A 50% advance payment is required to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% balance is payable at your appointment.

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may have the advance payment transferred to a new appointment or, where appropriate, refunded. Refund requests will be considered on an individual basis, taking into account the circumstances of the cancellation and any loss incurred as a result of the reserved appointment time.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments that are missed without notice (no-shows), may be charged at the full appointment fee. In these circumstances, your 50% advance payment may be retained and the remaining 50% may become payable. Any cancellation charge will be considered fairly and reasonably, taking into account the individual circumstances and the loss resulting from the reserved appointment time.

If Deborah Long Osteopathy needs to cancel your appointment, your advance payment will be refunded in full or, if you prefer, transferred to a new appointment.
